The Transformation process at The RESPOND2GRACE foundation involves understanding each friend's specific needs. We believe in order for transformation to occur, we have to address the mind, body, and spirit. Research shows that housing insecurity is a state of mind as well as a state of being. Research also suggests that there is a direct relationship between the formerly incarcerated, mental illness, substance abuse, and housing insecurity. Our Transformation model closely examines these relationships, does the heavy lifting and applies a customized plan. This strategy in conjunction with our partners, reduces this from occurring.
